About Us

Stance Consulting Limited was registered with CAC February 20, 2012 and duly certified by the National Council for Management Development. We are an Organizational Development Consulting Company. We work with organizations to align their strategy, resources and workforce development for effective organizational results. Partnering with indigenous and foreign consulting firms, we have been privileged to work with several ministries, departments and agencies of government delivering human capital and organizational development solutions.

Our training programmes target the real-world challenges unique to each level of work engagement – whether you’re just starting out as an individual contributor or you head a global organization.
